Coldrum

We took Son2 to his new placement in France today via the Channel Tunnel. We checked him in, took him for lunch in town, and then left, so really we just went to France for lunch. Where he’s staying seems a nice place and the staff were really friendly, so hopefully Son2 will enjoy his time there.

On the way back, in Blighty, Mr DA and I took a small detour to visit the Coldrum long barrow. The Neolithic human remains from there feature in my thesis so it’s great to have finally seen it.
