Arrow [Pom] Hat with classic Nordic look

Mrs AB knitted this hat in fast time. An initial false start with a twisted hem and then a pattern chart with errors didn't impact her single-minded determination to knit it off. 

The big question is...pom or not? Ja or Nei?
