Playing to the gallery

Out for a run with Storm Dennis.

Hard to take a storm called Dennis seriously.

Slipping along the muddy towpath of the dead canal, dodging round fallen trees and branches, splashing along the surfaced tow path and home in the wind and rain. Quite fun.

Then C and I went out to look at the rejigged MK Gallery. And it’s cafe. Some challenging ideas and audacious thinking. And (yes, you’re ahead of me) the art wasn’t bad either.

Actually, the main show was a collection of pieces by local artists. These ranged from the excellent to the terrible. I enjoyed it.

Then to mum’s, the station (for C to get a photo travel card) and B&Q (because I hadn’t been for several days).
