Busy day in Obstetrics

Not much to say today apart from busy day working in obstetrics. Managed to make one lady very happy as the last section she had 7 years ago allegedly took 4 anaesthetists 27 attempts to site a spinal. After a quick ultrasound of her back I got both an epidural and spinal anaesthetic in within 5 minutes to a huge sigh of relief.
