Winter Break

Schools have winter break this week so lucky us got to spend time with both girls... went to the new Burke as Tatum had not been there yet.. they are standing in front of a 3 story artwork showing the interconnection of culture over the ages, called “Synecdoche” - we had trouble figuring it out... the whole place is overwhelming in its scope and we all agreed we liked the old cafe better.... and where were those dinosaurs Tatum spent so much time playing  with?  See Here  big difference between 6 and 16! It was lovely to see her today.  
Then we came home, messed around with a dinosaur egg, Fiona read her story to her sister, and we watched a movie on our couch with our pizza.   Mr. Rogers.  Of course they didn’t know Mr. Rogers, only that their Dad said it was sort of a weird kids show, but we all really liked it.  Who wouldn’t like Mr. Rogers?  It was a gorgeous day..so had to include one view from the Olympic sculpture park where H and I had a walk this am as we had a meeting nearby.   Whew... busy day... but all important!
