Bus Pass Walk

After catching 2 buses we had a fascinating tour of Undercliffe Cemetery today with an excellent guide.  Lovely to have blippers ValC, BezziePet and MidgeholeDave and friends D & P joining us.  Interesting to find out who is buried here and see how the families tried to have the biggest and best memorials.  The Quaker section is totally different - understated and stones flat to the ground.  A grand tour round, but in bone chilling winds hence everyone wearing hats and hoods!  At least the rain held off whilst we were out there.  Tour was followed by lunch at the St George’s Hall cafe - very nice, and the staff very accommodating when we moved all the furniture around!  2 buses home, and then trying to get warmed up!  More photos in extras.
