Hellebore Season

I love when the hellebore buds open in my garden.  They have lovely details for photos.  They are especially beautiful covered in a light layer of snow, which could still happen.  Since we haven't had snow this year, I wouldn't be surprised if we have some sort of winter event in March.   Either way, they are a welcome addition of color to the dreary landscape.
