Free?!

I'm not sure how I feel about the whole hospital paying to park thing. Although I agree that it's often unreasonably expensive.
So I was excited that it's free* at PRI - although I definitely should of paid attention to the "this does not guarantee a space" bit! 



*also, 1st time I've ever seen a parking warden enforcing the rules in a hospital car park. Lots of fines on windcreena.

**just thought I haven't paid at Stirling or forth valley either- maybe free hospital parking is a Scottish thing?
