Southern end of Lake Brunner.

my girlfriend and I spent today out and about enjoying the fantastic weather. We had a lovely sleep in, then sat and nattered in sun, on balcony, in pj's until noon!!!How decadent was that??? this image is the southern end of Lake Brunner-it is very full at the moment. ( Couple of weeks ago the area had nearly half metre of rain!!!!) These kahikatea trees are usually immersed in water, but not quite this much. It is so beautiful I am sorry I can not make too many comments- WiFi really expensive!!. Thankyou for comments on yesterday's image. It is on the road between Christchurch and the West Coast,ie through Arthur's Pass. Such a lovely area. We have been spoilt with the great weather...Pikkiwoki you are welcome...you need to come back and check it out!!!!
