Double trouble!

Mum is on form today, despite being stuck in the house for what seems like days on end due to the horrible weather.

It’s been a bad dementia week but she seems on the up for now which means a calmer few days ahead. Sundowning has started to become a real issue for her so we’ve added extra lighting and a light box in the hope it improves.

Iraq update
Had a FaceTime from Matty last night, all is back to normal and they are back training Iraqi troops in the fight against isis. He says it gets to -10 during the night and they have ice, snow and lots of rain during the day. He’s still loving it and they’ve just been told they’re coming home for a week next month as they are halfway through their tour. So all good.
