Love is in the air

After a day largely spent indoors due to the weather and having a deadline, when it turned out nice later, I took Polly to the park and then headed off to Petersfield Heath to see how the landscaping work is getting on there. Excitingly, there were two big amphibious vehicles on the lake and a crowd had gathered to watch them work. There are various new islands and boardwalks as well.

In other news, Polly only drank 3/4 of a pint of water over the 24-hour period I was monitoring her, so she isn’t been tested for Cushing’s disease after all, as it would have been over a pint to have been of concern; she’s having her kidneys checked instead and we’ll see where that gets us.
