A lonely dog walk with callie through the woods. It was damp.

Saved at lunchtime by a lovely ex colleague. Great positive catch up.

Walked to football. The students took the session and I recorded it for their course. Good session and well organised by them both.

The young footballers were superb.

Out to see Altered Images after coaching. Brilliant all girl bad now. Claire dominated the stage with a confident presence. I was young again.

Met an Aberdeen couple and had a good blether and took them to Sandy bells.

Home and happy.
