Not a good day at the office

Seriously bonkers dream now at nightmare level so it was a teary 4am wake up with a blinding headache
Which did not shift
8am shower. Collapse

Phone doc assured will respond ( only been waiting 48 hours)

Try to be brave and sleep it off but way too dizzy to be anything but horizontal
Try doc again at 5.30. Sent straight to A and E for suspect blood clot
Hours on a trolley haemoglobin through the floor so my bed is said trolley whilst I have some nocturnal transfusions.
A day lost
Told you I felt ill!
