Just a pinch
This is a little treasure I brought back from Morocco years ago and I use it every single day. It sits on my table and every time I use it I’m reminded of the wonderful time I had there.
I put some pink Himalayan salt on one side and some coarse ground pepper on the other. A pinch from each side and the meal is perfect.
