Not much of a poet, having to rhyme 'them' with 'them'. 
Primroses derive their name from primus, meaning early, or primus stove, as they bring warmth to one's heart after the dreary winter months.
Young primrose flowers can be used in the manufacture of wine, subject to age working restrictions.
