Blooming? More like flagging

A busy, busy day.  I'm so glad it's the end of the week and I can chill this weekend.

The daffodils are slowly creeping through, so it's good to have some colour in the house in these dark, rainy days.

Today I am thankful for:

1.  Apple crumble and custard for tea tonight.  Yummy!
2.  The wonderful Kika the guide dog, who was on BBC Breakfast this morning with her owner Dr Amit Patel.  He's written a book on their journey, and so far it's excellent.
3.  Crackerjack o'clock at 5 to 5, it signals the start of the weekend
