243 to Waterloo

The snow is still here. The side roads haven't been gritted so I've decided not to cycle my 12 minutes to work for Health & Safety reasons. Past experience has left me with painful memories of many a tumble after hitting icy ruts in the snow.
The downside of this decision is I have to take two buses to work and it takes me 35-40 minutes.
Another downside is they are packed.
Lower deck was standing room only and the upper deck was full.
I may risk the cycle tomorrow.
