Preparing the BBQ

My son-in-law, (and daughter) had a big "do" tonight to celebrate them both turning 40.My son in law had his birthday last month, and my daughter next July. We had a spit roast piggy- it took all day to cook. But it was worth waiting for- especially with lots of yummy salads.
