Ulus, Istanbul

Although it is cold and sometimes wet, I enjoyed this mostly at home day.

More sorting of stuff (see last Saturday) produced a box full for charity, several items for sale and a sense of achievement.
A new forever home for Oscar has been confirmed - following a second visit this afternoon from his new family, he will go tomorrow to neighbour friends. An adorable cat who is about to give and receive the affection that I wish all campus cats could experience. Happy days ahead Oscar !
Off campus for an hour's grocery shopping with Caitlin provided slim pickings for a photo opportunity, but this guy standing in the middle of  the road with his back to busy traffic at green lights caught my eye. Does he count for Silly Saturday?

Home again early evening for the main event - back to back rugby. Well done Scotland and subsequently, France, though that game v Wales was exhausting to watch wasn't it.  Rounded off the day with knitting and Netflix.
