Cold War Jets

Thankfully I (Chris) didn't wake up in too much pain this morning following yesterday's treatment. That meant that whilst Annie had a relaxing day at home, I was good to travel and I headed to Bruntingthorpe testing ground for a Timeline Events photoshoot with a pair of Blackburn Bucccaneers. I'm no plane expert but they made an impressive sight and we were treated to an engine run at close proximity, nice and loud! 

The weather was pretty awful, a howling wind and intermittent rain all afternoon and into the evening. I spent a lot of time drying the camera and lens but got a good few acceptable shots, one in the extras from late afternoon too.
