Yellow lupins.....

......brightening up the coastline on an overcast day.

Mum and I did our usual grocery shop and enjoyed a wee walk along the beach. It felt a little eerie with it being so calm but lovely to be out and about together.

I'm catching up with a few backblips due to my eyes and having photophobia. It's worth doing as I often look back on my journal.
