Radio Flyer Repurposed

Worked on getting this wagon repurposed yesterday and finished it up this morning.

I found some pansies at the Walmart yesterday when I went to get some soil for the rusty red wagon that will work great until I decide what kind of summer flowers to use.   I lined the bottom with plastic but left the edges open so that rain water can drain out through the bottom where there are holes.   We are expecting two days of rain so I might move this under the porch until the heavy rain goes away so that it can firm up and settle.    I am afraid it will fill up and everything will float away!   

Anyway, it turned out better than I thought.   The rocks were ones that we had picked up on our travels all over the US.   I had the little deer, the egg, turtles and house so I used them to add some color other than the flowers.  The bear was a Christmas gift that I felt worked great to greet people when they see the wagon.

Not too much work,  rocks out of the house and new yard art.   I have it in front of the bridal wreath and forsythia now but I am thinking of another spot but maybe not as both of these will just leaf out and be green for summer.   

Beautiful cool weather today.  Hoping to get a good walk in after lunch!
