Back to business

It's so good to be back home.
Loads of washing, cleaning and tidying up.
It will take me few days to clean/wash the ski gear but once its done, it will wait for the next one.
Same thing every year, or twice sometimes :)

I had some time to cook this amazing butternut squash and coconut with hell of a lot off ginger to perk us up after a whole week of intensive skiing/snowboarding and luckily no ONE injured a bit ... apart from runny noses :)

Flowers are from my garden - hyacinth (pink and blue) are out so is muscari and daffodils, even the rosemary bush is full of light violet flowers, bring it on spring!
