The Book.

Once again it is the time of year I am busy training our Young Farmers Public Speakers. This year I am trying to do three Competitions, Call My Bluff ( love this one!), Junior Reading and Junior Public Speaking. 

Today I was training our lovely Junior readers. This is the book we have been given and it is so lovely. As an adult I have loved reading this little treasure and would very much recommend it to any adult. 

The story centres around a young boy with Treachers Collins syndrome and his battles when he first goes to mainstream school. It is an uplifting book all children should read. Inclusivity is so important and often not always achieved in today’s society where perfection is deemed so important. 

After my training session I headed to Mrs Tbay Jnr Mums friends  house for a birthday meal to celebrate her birthday.

To finish off the day England beat Ireland in the Rugby!!!!  The boys were all VERY happy!!
