Drops abstract

These are  condensation drops from a warm lid that I lay on the ceramic cooker this afternoon. I liked the rainbow effect and the wet pattern kind of resembles the rain drops on the windows all day, we had another very windy and wet day, which must have been such a disaster for the people who have been building carnival floats all year through and today didn't get to parade because of the strong wind. Let's hope tomorrow's weather is a bit better.

Thanks so much for all your mysterious entries for Abstract Thursday, they were quite hard to figure out ! What is obvious to us when we take the shot is usually not so obvious to the viewer ! It was fun to see how many mysterious objects/subjects are every day household items, which brings me to the optional theme for this coming Thursday. The theme is 'mundane', make an abstract of something which is common, either inside or outside the house :-) The tag will be AT244
