Drookit today, yesterday, the day before that...

I'm just home after a lovely few days at my daughter's, helping her while my son-in-law was away for my son's stag weekend.  Breesha and I have been getting soaked on all our walks, sometimes with MF who also got soaked at times.  This is the River Mersey at Heaton Mersey this morning, flowing fast and high.  The structure on the other side is part of the railway which connected Manchester Central and Manchester London Road via Stockport Tiviot Dale, Heaton Mersey station closed to passenger services in 1961
