Erosion
Today was a mixed bag of weather, and during a bright spell we took another coastal walk. The recent storms have caused even more erosion, (previous erosion, the tree at the edge is now on the beech!) and the local farmer has lost a significant proportion of his field. The sugarbeet in todays image have been abandoned to the sea and now rest on the top edge of the cliffs. It is amazing to see how the roots grow and hold the heads in place. I don't expect they will be there tomorrow.
