Some you win and some ....

After ringing this morning, we all hot footed it to Costa for the last leg of February’s UNO round.  Leo emerged victorious and claimed the winner’s trophy (extra). For the first time we had a wooden spoon trophy for the loser too - and Margaret earned that accolade.

After that there was just time to cook and eat Sunday lunch and have a little rest before heading back to the tower for Leo’s lesson.  He did really well again. This time he had some practise of ringing in rounds and had his first try at lowering the bell.  It won’t be long before he is right in the mix.

Back to work and school for Ian and Leo tomorrow after their week off. That’ll be a bit of a shock to the system!
