Spaghetti Bolognaise

An old family favourite.

I had great plans for this tonight. I was planning a beautifully rich tomato Bolognaise with red wine and streaky bacon.


But my other half started cooking with no consultation & the result was somewhat lacking in depth and flavour. Disappointing result.

I'm an ungrateful wretch I know!
