Daughter

Off to Oran Mor in Glasgow with workmate Richard to see Daughter.

First up was an Icelandic singer performing as Lay Low, sounded like Bjork sings the blues..... in a really good way. Really enjoyed her. Talked to her after the Daughter set and she was really nice.

Daughter came on and played a good selection from the past EP's and a few of the forthcoming album I hadn't heard them play when they supported Beirut. Very good evening and thankful the crowd knew to STFU when the band was playing, something I've noticed is getting a bit rare.
