Quiet night

I had hoped to have a quietist day today but as usual that all went out the window. No matter, S was out for ‘band practice’ so I had a nice quiet night to myself.

I’ve been wanting to read this book ever since my mum met the author at a Book Festival in Devon last year and someone brought to to book club - I pounced straight on it when we got to the swapping bit of the evening.
