Flooded!

The heavy rain overnight and this morning caused our walking group to be cancelled which was sensible given the conditions.

The rain plus water from Wales flowing down the rivers has caused flooding in Shrewsbury and Ironbridge again and water from flooded fields has caused a lot of road closures in the county and beyond.
Around here the A5 near Oswestry has been closed all day along with lots of local roads. 

The flooded road and fields in my blip are at Park Hall next door to the village.  There were ducks swimming on the road and swans on the flooded field.

I went to yoga this afternoon and the wind was whistling around so loudly that we could hardly hear the instructor - we were relieved that the roof stayed on!
