Chocolate-Dipped Shortbread

Baking day here.  I'm hosting a condo board meeting on Wednesday evening, so I'm making some goodies to keep everyone happy.  These are shortbread cookies dipped in chocolate.  Also on the menu:  Lemon Poppy Seed Cake, and Chocolate and Salted Caramel Brownies.  Diet?  Maybe next week.
