Down in Derby with work for a couple of days and this guy is hanging out at the front of the hotel but I've no idea who he is...

Disappointingly it was quite a bland photo when i took it at first, but i knew there was a decent one in there somewhere. Alas, time, daylight & cold were conspiring against me so i resorted to using a few filters when taking the photo to see what I could do.
