A host

After a pretty full on first day of Term 4, these daffodils that have taken their time to open were a good greeting. I had to seek out my greeting from Bailey who was still asleep on the bed when I went up to him. He was quite pleased to see me once he had woken up. 

I suspect my day was considerably more active than his. Over 14 000 steps taken and lots of conversations along the way. Having got wet with Bailey taking some of those steps first thing, I was glad that the rain didn't persist - for today at least.
