Resilience

The anticipated snow fall at low levels never quite reached us so the day was damp with snow flurries. It was different just south of the city!

This flower is a rudbeckia or coneflower. It’s flowering period is normally July to October. I posted a picture of some on 6 August last year.

Some are in the flower beds: some in pots outside I cut this plant back in the autumn but it decided to keep growing and we now have some small flowers blooming in February.

This plant displays some of the resilience it looks as if we will need over the coming month/ year!
