Sunrise tree tops

I took a few quick shots first thing this morning when I saw...wait for it... blue sky! (It is as well that I did, becuase there has been no other chance to take pics today.)

As the rising sun was colouring the clouds I nipped out in my sandals, in the snow (yes cold, wet feet) aiming my lens carefully between the buildings. I know there is some snow on the trees, but this isn't a picture of snow, and so I feel I have to stuck to yesterday's resolve to give snow a rest!
