Bridled Titmouse
(one day late)
The most strikingly marked of the American titmice and chickadees, the Bridled Titmouse has a black bib and a white-and-black patterned face. Primarily a Mexican species, its range reaches the United States only in the mountains of Arizona..and New Mexico.

I was so sick of the rain that I took a run to Madera Canyon as soon as the sun broke through. There was a little flash flooding on the road up the mountain so I had to drive cautiously. Only got off a few pictures but thought this one came out brilliantly. Hope you like it.
