So blue

Due to being in a rush last night I did not get a chance to do a description.
I took this shot down town at the Royal court flats.
The view is of the camera sitting on a black granite wall with puddles in foreground.
And the background is a water feature.
The blue is the natural lighting.
1.6 sec exposure gives the water effect.
