Fat Tuesday - Semlor

So instead of Pancake Tuesday in Sweden, you have Fat Tuesday, where you eat these big balls of nyomminess called Semlor. They're a dough bun with an inner layer of cardamom and almond, with whipped almond cream. One's enough, with a nice cup of Earl Grey :)
