And also a lazy blip, apart from helping a friend who has had her third hip replacement (no, she hasn't got 3 legs!) to go shopping, I have had a very quiet day with a bit of a funny tummy.

Glad you liked my ski tour day yesterday, it is the best one this winter, a totally different experience to the Bearded Vulture tour from the day before in an area I know well.
