View from the hotel on the hill

It was a cool sunny start in Gloucestershire. We often use this hotel on the hill above our daughter’s home as it is very accessible without us overstaying their very generous welcome and hospitality! A good drive north with only one detour through Wolverhampton to avoid a mega M6 jam. Light snow over Shap and Beattock was not as bad as forecast. Home in time for T to head out at 1745 for her EUMS rehearsal. My job was to heat the house. Should have left the heating on!
