Chalice

I had to go into town for a meeting, which was very interesting. A game development studio. 30 people packed into a space less than half the size of ours with twice the people. But apparently it works for them - it was hot tho ...

Anyway, I quickly wandered into Cathedral Square - the rather awful centre of our city. Lovely cathedral, contrasted against rather modern art, with some very average buildings surrounding it.

Christchurch is known as the "garden city" - the city centre looks like a prison yard, in my opinion ;-)

Off to try and get my Windows 7 media center working now ... Windows 7 is installed, best yet in my opinion, and it's only beta. They could stuff it up from here tho ;-)
