Florence B Jack

Commemorative plaques have appeared, highlighting some of the West End of Edinburgh's most interesting characters.

The building I work in now was formerly a domestic college and this lady, Florence B Jack, was a teacher there. She stood for women's rights and equality and published a number of cookbooks.
