Holt Fleet

This is one of very few bridges open over the River Severn in Worcestershire as the flooding gets worse. This is Holt Fleet and was taken from the balcony of the hotel where we are going to hold Gill's wake. We called in to make sure it was ok. We had food and it was delicious. We booked it. Worcester was a driver's nightmare this morning.

This afternoon James and I went to see Gill at the undertakers. We spent time with her separately and were both glad we went. I found that she seemed to be worried and tense. Not an entirely happy time.
