Cooks River

This stretch of the river is near Canterbury in inner-western Sydney. It’s a 10 minute walk from work, but today was the first time I went there at lunchtime. The three white shapes turned out to be pelicans, sitting on a floating barrier that collects plastic bottles and other rubbish.
