Day 22: Corner (house on the)

We came across this house on the corner during our hr long power walk to toddle group. L cried most of the way there as she was cold so on the way home I let her walk. Which she did. Pretty much the whole blooming way.

It was a truly beautiful walk, with the lake, land and skies just 3 stripes of white.

After lunch L and I got caught up playing with Lego and had to run to school to get the girls on time. We all came back for a snack and went to play in the garden. My ice marbles were still only partially frozen, a couple of them had even burst giving us crazy coloured snow. Someone commented on Facebook that it looked like i buried a body under the snow with the pool of red that was seeping through.

E & M built a snowman before coming in for hot cocoa and yet another viewing of Toy Story

Been to my metabolic training again this evening. Was hoping to go to a run meet in the morning but the cars gearbox is threatening to dump itself on the pavement so it will be in the garage for the next week or so :( bum! (Very mature)

Ill set the alarm early and see how disciplined I am about going out on my own.
