Threading

For those of you who have experienced threading, I think you'll sympathise with this poor girl.

In other news, I ventured out at lunchtime to try and find a new outfit for a night out on Friday but instead I bought a pair of super cosy, cute new boots. I love them and can't wait to wear them (not on Friday evening though)!

I also ventured into Waterstones and very nearly bought a book about Helmut Newton who's work I've admired since I was a teenager. I resisted temptation though - well, until tomorrow anyway.

On my travels, I also took this rather sad image and for which I don't really have any words. I took this one too which I rather like and these pair of legs which caught my attention. I also spotted some naughty jaywalkers. Tsk! Tsk! There was also a rather nice view looking over Waverley from the North Bridge with a beautiful setting sun at dusk.

Honestly, I sometimes wonder how I manage to fit the day job in.............
