A trip into Manchester today to see the film "Greed" at the HOME arts centre. It is an entertaining film, covering a very serious story with humour. We thought that the plot was rather heavy-handed in ramming home a fairly simple set of messages but the script and performances were good - especially the lion.

As always in Manchester, there are some fine buildings to admire and some characters in the streets.
