Velopost Edinburgh

While sorting a pile of stamps I spotted this Velopost Edinburgh stamp. Google tells me this stamp is provided by Velopost an independent postal bicycle mail collection and delivery service operating within Bristol Bath and Edinburgh....charge 35p (+VAT) per letter...good idea if it can survive at these rates. With Royal Mail prices due to further increase soon perhaps local independent service is the way forward
